The Cascade Meadows Home Owners’ Association is a Utah nonprofit corporation designed to govern and manage the property within the Cascade Meadows planned unit development. All lot owners within the development are members of the HOA and the owners and property within Cascade Meadows are governed by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). We have engaged Jackson Management Group, a professional management company, to take care of the day-to-day issues and accounting. As dictated by the CC&Rs, the HOA is led by the developer until all lots are sold, at which point it will be led by residents serving on the Board of Trustees.


The HOA dues are $165/month and collectively cover landscaping maintenance for the common areas, playground maintenance, snow removal and maintenance for the roads. You can set up monthly payments online through the HOA’s bank. When a lot is purchased there is a $500 transfer fee payable to the HOA within 5 days of closing. Shelby Jackson of Jackson Management Group is responsible for all outside vendors and for receiving and follow-up on complaints for these vendors or for any issue within our neighborhood.  Jackson Management Group has an established procedure for follow up and for communicating issues with the Board of Trustees.
